- Iska Ziver of Ithaca Social Dance started to maintain an "Ithaca-centric" regional calendar of many partner dances, including swing, Argentine tango, ballroom, latin and contra.
- Although it is a hike from Syracuse, check out the Toronto Swing Dance Society site www.dancing.org/tsds. They organize regular dances and killer workshops at a gorgeous location.
