Schedule:
7:30-9pm Buffet dinner (optional), catered by A La Mode. The menu includes soup, wrap sandwiches, italian style pasta salad and grilled veggies. Soups and wraps come in vegetarian (vegan) and meat choices; the rest of the menu is all vegetarian. A La Mode caters department functions at S.U., their food is really good.
9pm-1am Dancing to recorded music. Music will satisfy every swing dancer.

Volunteers: We need help for decorations, snacks & drinks, set-up, clean up, door. If you are interested in helping please contact Maria Cirino who will coordinate the volunteers. Volunteers will receive reduced admission.
Dinner with advance tickets only: If you want to join us for dinner, please buy your tickets at the hops or make sure we receive your registration no later than December 24. Print out a registration form and mail it with your check or bring it to a record hop.
Out of town dancers: we have a hotel deal with Best Western University Tower, which is only 1.5 miles from the party at 701 E Genesee St. (Route 81 to exit 18, you can see it from the highway), 315-479-7000, $69 per room, 1-4 people, mention swing dance to get the rate.
